Since 2001, Jim has specialized in industrial, high tech, office, and land in the Downriver and Western Wayne markets. A resourceful, action-oriented, and results driven expert in all facets of commercial real estate, Jim brings a solid background in sales and leasing, land parcel development, custom-build projects, and asset management. He exudes a collaborative spirit, able to adeptly liaise with all internal and external stakeholders.   • 75,000 SF industrial manufacturing building in Belleville: brokered sale in Oct 2020

  • 90,000 SF build-to-suit manufacturing HQ: spearheaded the completion and subsequent sale

  • 58,000 SF high-tech manufacturing HQ: directed completion and sale, consolidated four smaller facilities, collaborated with client on site selection, land purchase, construction bid process and contracts negotiations; successfully obtained 12-year property tax abatement from municipality
