Navitas Systems Expands Footprint in Ann Arbor Industrial Market

Navitas was temporarily in one of our properties on State Circle but found themselves needing a much larger space. We introduced them to this new location on Jackson Rd and facilitated their purchase of the building. Navitas is new to Ann Arbor, but they're already a big part of the growth of the tech / industrial economy here. Click the image for CoStar article.
