With nearly 30 years of real estate experience, Chanda Wilbanks brings a diverse background spanning residential brokerage, title operations, transaction management, and commercial real estate services. After beginning her career with Edward Surovell Realtors in 1996, she advanced through licensing, sales support, and title operations roles before spending more than a decade managing a top-producing Ann Arbor residential real estate team. Since joining Colliers Detroit/Ann Arbor, Chanda has earned multiple company honors, including Employee of the Year (2019), the Spotlight Award (2021), and the Above & Beyond Award (2023).
